Warp knitting
In 2004, KSO-Textil GmbH invested in its first new warp knitting machine. In order to be able to keep up with the latest technology and to meet our high quality demands on textile fabrics, the stock was constantly renewed and expanded.
Our warp knitting factory produces warp knitted fabrics in a production width of 160 cm to 550 cm and a weight per unit area of 20 g/m² to 300 g/m². Only high-quality yarns from certified suppliers that comply with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 are used for this purpose. With decades of experience and qualified employees, lattice or striped structures as well as closed or open structures are realised in the highest quality, depending on the customer’s wishes. The knitted fabrics can be purchased as raw material or equipped with further desired properties in cooperation with our finishers.
Knitting
In the change of time – everything is subject to constant change and KSO-Textil GmbH also focuses on further development and progress. Not least through the acquisition of qualified employees, we have succeeded in establishing another textile sector – the knitting mill – and expanding our portfolio.
Since 2020, our knitting mill has been producing high-quality knitwear in the single sector and convinces with a fast availability of products, flexible order processing and prices in line with the market.
Possible bindings in the knitting mill:
Single-Jersey
– piqué
– crepe
– simple lining
– and a multitude of modifications
Double-Jersey
– interlock
– fine rip
– and a multitude of variations
Together with our customers and the individual requirements, we define a yarn that is predestined for the intended use. We determine the right textile technique, lapping and type of weave and realise a high-quality textile with the desired properties.
For the knitted fabrics to be produced, the order-related yarns can be supplied by yourselves or purchased from KSO-Textil.
